摘 要
本文详细介绍了国内无功补偿系统的发展现状,发展中所面临的问题。从产品质量、性能及应用方面看无功补偿装置的差距;整个行业看国产无功补偿装置所存在的问题以及它的发展趋势。同时也详尽的介绍了此次设计中最重要的组成部件单片机的概念、工作原理及设备总体结构,其中包括MCS-51的发展历程,选型依据。设计了一种基于单片机MCS-51的无功补偿控制系统,介绍了所选用的8031、8255等单片机。本装置可实现功率因素从COS∮=0.6补偿到COS∮=0.95,且能保证功率因素变化时电容的自动投切,能实时显示出当前功率因素、电流和有功功率,并能实现手动和自动控制

Abstract
This paper describes the internal reactive power compensation system development, the problems facing the development. From product quality, performance and application to see the difference between reactive power compensation device; the industry made reactive power compensation device to see the problems as well as its development trend. At the same time also a detailed introduction to Le in this design the most important component parts of SCM concept, working principle and equipment of the overall structure, MCS-51 development of, selection basis. Designed based on MCS-51 microcontroller reactive power compensation control system introduced by the use of 8031,8255 and other microcontroller. The device can achieve the power factor compensation from COS ∮ = 0.6 to COS ∮ = 0.95, and can ensure that the power factor changes, the switching capacitance, real-time indications of the current, power factor, current and active power, and can perform manual and automated control
