本文详细介绍了国内电解水制氢机控制系统设计系统的发展现状，发展中所面临的问题。从产品质量、性能及应用方面看饮水机控制系统的差距；整个行业看国产电解水制氢机控制系统所存在的问题以及它的发展趋势。同时也详尽的介绍了此次设计中最重要的组成部件单片机的概念、工作原理及设备总体结构，其中包括MCS-51的发展历程，选型依据。设计了一种基于单片机MCS-51的电解水制氢机控制系统设计，介绍了所选用的8031、8255等单片机。

This paper describes the electrolysis of water into hydrogen internal control system design system development, the problems facing the development. From product quality, performance and application to see the difference between drinking control system; the entire industry to see domestic water electrolysis hydrogen generator control system problems and its development trend. Also presented the detailed design of the most important component parts of the concept of SCM, the overall structure of the working principle and equipment, including the MCS-51 development process, selection basis.
