Abstract
This paper describes the torque of the domestic auto deep processed the development of conservation status of the controller, the problems facing the development. From product quality, performance and application of deep holes to see the gap over torque protection controller; see the whole industry had made deep holes torque controller, the problems of protection and its development trend. Also presented the detailed design of the components of the most important concept of SCM, the overall structure of the working principle and equipment, including the MCS-51 development process, selection basis. Designed based on MCS-51 microcontroller deep hole processed torque protection controller.
