摘要
在企业生产中，准确及时地得到压力参数对生产管理、产品质量和生产安全具有十分重要的意义。本文论述了基于单片机的多路压力监测系统硬件设计。该硬件的主要模块包括：信号采集、信号调理、结果显示、报警电路、看门狗模块。本系统运行可靠、性能稳定、性价比高、应用前景十分广阔。本文提出了针对多压力点进行计算机集中实时监测系统,介绍了它的基本原理、硬件组成，所以其结构清晰，易于修改,调试方便，大大提高了系统开发效率。

Abstract
In production, access to accurate and timely pressure parameters on production management, product quality and production safety is of great significance. This paper discusses the hardtware design of multi-channel pressure monitoring system based on SCM（The single chip machhine）. The main modules of the hardware include: signal acquisition, signal processing, the result showed and watchdog module. The system has reliable operation, stable performance, cost-effective and very broad prospects for application. This paper presents a multi-point pressure real-time monitoring system, and introduces its basic principle, components of hardware, so its structure is clear and easy to transplant and also convenient to debug. These greatly increase the efficiency of the system’s development.
