摘 要
随着人们生活水平的提高和生活质量的不断提升，“智能住宅”，“家庭自动化”，“网络家电”等技术的发展正受到大家的密切关注，电话远程控制与报警装置的研制是住宅智能化系统中的一个子课题。

电话远程控制与报警装置利用遍及千家万户的电话线来传输信息，是目前实现住宅内与住宅外信息交换最有效的方法。它在整个住宅智能系统中所起的作用是在电话网与智能控制之间的信息交换中起到了桥梁的作用。在使用时，只需先将电话线的进线接入本装置，而装置的输出端与电话机相连。平时，主控单元控制装置内的两个多路模拟开关闭合，不影响电话机的正常工作；只有在本装置工作时，主控单元才控制这两个开关断开。用户使用本装置时只需拨打家中的电话，响铃几次（预先设定）无人接通电话，本装置发出模拟摘机信号，并控制语音处理电路提示用户输入密码（预先设定），用户听到这一提示音后，就在自己所使用的双音频电话机上（或手机）按下密码所对应的数字键即可，密码所对应的双音频信号经电话线传给双音频接受发送电路，检测译码，传给主控单元，识别正确后，语音芯片再提示用户进行控制家用电器的操作，最后，主控单元把控制家电的信息译码，经并行通讯传给智能控制器，由控制器执行控制家电的操作；或当装置的主控单元接受由智能控制器传来的报警，求援等信息，首先切断电话线与电话机相连的通路，发模拟摘机信号，并且控制双音频接受与发送电路自动拨打预先设定的报警电话，拨号后检测电话线上传来的是否是通话音，如果是控制语音处理电路,将信息传给用户的手机或直接报警。

Abstract
With people’s living quantity Promotes continuously and the living level advancing," intelligent residence"," family auto Turn "," network appliance" technical have been paid much attention by people. The telephone long-distance control and the alarm device is a part of the residence intelligent system.
Telephone long-distance control and the alarm device make use of all over thousand ten thousand doors phone line to deliver the information, it is the best way that inside the residence exchanges information with outside the residence now. In whole residence intelligence system, while telephone net and the intelligence control are exchange information, its usage is a bridge. when you use it ,you just need connect the telephone line into this device, and the device’s output connect with the telephone. Usually, the master unit controls the multiply simulation switch to close, do not affect the normal work of the telephone, Only when this device working, the master unit controls the switch to cut .When the customer uses this device, they only need dial the telephone in home, bell several times( set up in advance) the nobody answer the phone, this device sends out the simulation signal, and control the speech disposal circuit which clew user input their password ( set up in advance),after consumer heard the cue sound, they should press the data key which correspond with password on the frequency telephone(or mobile phone ),frequency signal which correspond with password through telephone line is send to frequency receive transmission circuit, then from detecting coding to master control unit, when it was indeed right, speech CMOS chip clew user to operating which is family machine controlling, at last ,master control unit translate the information of controlling family machine to code ,the code is send to aptitude control machine through parallel communication, the control machine handle the operation of the controlling home machine ,or when the master control unit of device accept the alarm and recourse from the intelligence controller ,at first ,it cut the route between the phone and the phone line ,sent stimulation signal, furthermore it control the frequency send and receive circuit to dial the alarm phone which is set up in advance, then checking out whether the voice from the phone line is in speech tone ,if it is speech disposal circuit, it will send the information to user’s phone or alarm directly.
