摘 要
本文详细介绍了基于GPRS的远程电力监控报警系统的发展现状，发展中所面临的问题。从产品质量、性能及应用方面看基于GPRS的远程电力监控报警系统的差距；整个行业看国产基于GPRS的远程电力监控报警系统所存在的问题以及它的发展趋势。同时也详尽的介绍了此次设计中最重要的组成部件单片机的概念、工作原理及设备总体结构，其中包括MCS-51的发展历程，选型依据。设计了一种基于单片机MCS-51的基于GPRS的远程电力监控报警系统，介绍了所选用的8031、8255等单片机。

Abstract
This paper describes the illegal use of electricity based on GPRS alarm system development status of the problems facing the development. From product quality, performance and application to see the illegal use of electricity based on GPRS alarm system gaps; the entire industry to see made illegal use of electricity based on GPRS alarm system problems and its development trend. Also presented the detailed design of the components of the most important concept of SCM, the overall structure of the working principle and equipment, including the MCS-51 development process, selection basis. Designed based on MCS-51 MCU of illegal use of electricity based on GPRS alarm system, introduced by the choice of 8031,8255 and other microcontrollers.
