Use wired sensors monitoring network cabling composed of large quantity, installation and maintenance costs high, poor reliability, and in some parts of the complex building things cannot wiring. Wireless sensor monitoring network has cost little, installation and easy maintenance, operation and renovation costs relative to lower advantage, cable network of sensors in the building of the environmental monitoring has better prospect. Wireless Sensor Network (WSN), be a Wireless is a kind of integrated computer technology, communication technology, the Sensor technology of new intelligent monitoring Network, has become the current Wireless communication field research hot spot. Wireless sensor networks with data-centric, self-organizing, can rapid deployment wait for a characteristic, very suitable for the application of some special occasions. ZigBee technology is a new kind of IEEE802.15.4 wireless standards developed based on the relevant networking, security and application software wireless communication technology, its typical characteristic is close, low complexity, low power consumption, low rate, low cost, etc. The emergence of ZigBee technology, the development of wireless sensor network provides opportunities. This research is combined with wireless sensor network technology and ZigB ee wireless protocol technique, design a kind of building environment monitoring system. The system through the acquisition of temperature and humidity, light intensity and buildings for environmental parameters, such as infrared building management system provides reliable information. 1.1课题研究的意义

智能楼宇指计算机和网络通信为核心的信息技术想楼宇行业的应用与渗透,是当代高科技与古老的楼宇技术相结合的产物,他完美的体现了建筑艺术与信息技术的结合,现已成为评价综合经济国力的具体表征之一。 智能楼宇的基本要素是通信系统的网络化和自动化。智能楼宇的最终目标是系统集成,也就是能将建筑物中所有分离的设备及其功能设备,有机的集合成一个能满足用户功能需要的完整体系,并朝着高速度、高集成度、高性能价格比的方向发展以便为人们带来安全、舒适的生活环境。 在科技发展的催化下,智能楼宇的定义以及实际的设计也在不停的进步着。它早己发展成为高科技的产物,目前智能楼宇主要采用的是系统集成的方法,通过把信息数据,以及电气设备等技术结合起来,从而实现监测和控制的比如从前是简单的计算机技术和信息技术,并且都是有线的,而现在慢慢由无线所取代了。

1.2 国内外动态

智能楼宇是信息时代的必然产物,随着全球信息化进程的不断加快和信息产业的迅速发展,智能楼宇作为信息社会 的重要基础设施,已受到越来越多的重视。近几年来,发达国家相继掀起了建设智能楼宇的浪潮,美国自90年代以来新建和改建的办公大楼约有70%为智能化楼宇,日本则制定了从智能设备、智能家庭、智能楼宇到智能城市的发展计划,计划在本 世纪末将65%的楼宇智能化。新加坡政府也拨巨资进行了专项研究,准备把新加坡建设成为“智能城市花园”。楼宇智能化 热潮正在引发国际楼宇史上的一场革命。 我国在智能楼宇建设方面起步较晚,但有奋起直追之势,仅上海浦东地区就出现了数量相当可观的智能化楼宇。我市在90年代初期就成功地设计了智能化楼宇——“九州大厦”,之后,有不少楼宇也采用了综合布线技术,经功能扩充后可在 不同程度上达到或接近智能化楼宇的要求。此外,瑞景新村作为我市的智能化试点小区也已基本建成。 [来源:http://think58.com]
