单片机红外线计数器 21

摘  要  科技在不断进步，越来越多的自动化设备代替了人的机械劳动，计数器就是其中的一种，它可以实现自动计数而不需要人的直接参与，同时配以显示装置还可以很好的反映计数的情况。以往的基于机械式或者分立元件构成的计数器因为电路比较复杂，元器件数量比较多，故障率较高，维修比较困难，而且设计预定数值不太方便等特点而逐渐被淘汰掉。本系统研究了基于单片机为核心控制的计数器有着能够实时，精确，可靠，稳定等技术特点已经成为日常生活和工厂生产首选的自动计数装置。此计数器应用广泛，不但可以用于测量生物，还可以用于非生物计数，因此可广泛用于公共场所人员数量及人员流通数量，也可以测量流水线上的产品数量。 通过对多种方案进行合理分析，决定采用一体化红外线传感器TX05D和单片机作为计数装置，制作生产线自动货物计数器，这种计数器的主要原理是是红外线反射式计数器，它具有很好的抗干扰能力，工作稳定可靠，计数范围为可达到1000甚至更高，同时配以1602液晶实时显示计数情况，本设计的计数器可广泛用于工业的一些设备和生产流水线上对产量或流量进行统计计数，具有一定的实用价值。   关键字： 计数器，反射式红外传感器，TX05D，单片机 Abstract Technology is improving, more and more automation equipment instead of man's mechanical labor, counter is one kind, it can realize automatic counting and don't need people directly involved in, also match with display device can also very good reflection. This counter applications, not only can used for measuring biological, can also be used for abiotic count, so can be widely used in public personnel quantity and personnel quantity, can be measured circulation line product quantity.
