摘 要
本课题设计了一种以单片机为控制核心的动态配料控制器。动态配料控制器通过压力传感器感应得到信号，经过A/D转换后传送给单片机处理，在通过单片机对系统进行控制与检测，由键盘设定压力，通过LED数码管显示。传感器感应的压力值超过了设定值时候，就关闭动态配料器.当传感器感应的压力小于设定值时候，动态配料器就正常配料。动态配料器的组成模块：它一般由A/D转换模块，人机接口模块，CPU处理模块，传感器模块，数据传送模块，电源模块。软件设计采用分块设计，分块调试的设计思路，运用汇编语言来编写单片机程序,并在星研集成环境软件平台上加以编辑，调试。调试时按硬件情况分块调试，待各模块通过后，最后综合调试装载，最终完成预期的设计要求。该系统具有电路简单，方便理解，可靠性高，等特点，具有很好的实用价值。
通过这次毕业设计，使得我们对大学所学的知识有了更深的了解，也发现了一些自己的不足之处，缺少实践，理论和实践还有很大的差距。培养了我们分析处理问题的能力，为我们即将离开校园跨入社会的毕业生提供了一个展示自己的舞台。

Abstract
The subject design of a microcomputer control center with a dynamic bathing control system ,Dynamic batching of signal induction by pressure sensors, After A/D conversion processing to the transfer to the microcontroller ,Through the microcontroller to control and detection system ,Set pressure by the keyboard ,through the led digital display ,sensors sensing the pressure exceeds a set value when the controller to close the dynamic bathing .sensor sensing the pressure is less than the value set when the controller to open the dynamic batching .Dynamic batching device composed of modules :it generally by the A/D converter module ,man-machine interface module ,CPU processing module ,sensor module ,data transfer module ,power module ,software design using the block design ,block debug design ideas .to write programs using assembly language in an XING YAN integrated environment software platform to edit ,debug debugging the situation by hardware debug block, when the module is passed the design requirements. The system has simple circuit easy to understand high reliability, and so on . Having the good practical value.
With this graduation, So we learned the university have a better understanding of, also found some of its shortcomings, the lack of practice, theory and practice still lags behind. Our analysis of training problem solving skills, we are about to leave the campus for graduates into the community provides a display of their own arena.
