摘 要
本文详细介绍了国内煤矿粉尘监控统的发展现状，发展中所面临的问题。从产品质量、性能及应用方面看煤矿粉尘监控的差距；整个行业看国产煤矿粉尘监控所存在的问题以及它的发展趋势。同时也详尽的介绍了此次设计中最重要的组成部件单片机的概念、工作原理及设备总体结构，其中包括MCS-51的发展历程，选型依据。设计了一种基于单片机MCS-51的煤矿粉尘监控设计，介绍了所选用的8031、8255等单片机。

Abstract
This paper describes the domestic coal mine dust control system development status of the problems facing the development. From product quality, performance and application monitoring to see the difference between coal dust; the domestic coal industry to see the problems of dust control and its development trend. Also presented the detailed design of the most important component parts of the concept of SCM, the overall structure of the working principle and equipment, including the MCS-51 development process, selection basis. Designed based on MCS-51 MCU of coal mine dust control design, and introduces the use of 8031,8255 and other microcontroller.
