摘要:温度控制不仅应用在工厂生产方面,其作用也体现到了各个方面,随着人们生活质量的提高,酒店厂房及家庭生活中都会见到温度控制的影子,温度控制将更好的服务于社会。
本文介绍了一种基于温度采集芯片AD590,以单片机AT89S51为核心的温度控制系统。本系统主要包括硬件电路设计、功能实现软件设计,具有温度采集、温度显示、红外接收遥控等功能。
本设计基本完成了硬件部分的温度采集、温度显示、红外接收、数据处理的设计。硬件系统首先通过红外传输技术接收需要设定的温度信号,再通过温度传感器AD590采集当时的温度,并且在8段LED上实时显示采集的温度数值或设定的温度数值,然后传送给系统的核心单片机AT89S51,通过单片机AT89S51输出温控信息,对外界进行加温或降温。
本系统在这个要求设备自动化和智能化时代里,具有很好的实用性。

A room temperature controlling system design based on wireless transmission technology
Abstract:Temperature control is not only used in factory production, but also reflected in all aspects to that with the improvement people’s living quality hotels, plants and family life would make use of temperature controller, temperature control will be better serve the society.
This paper introduced a temperature control system chip-based temperature acquisition AD590, a single-chip AT89S51 act as the core. The system includes the hardware circuit design, software design feature with a temperature of collection, temperature display, infrared receiver remote control functions.
Completed the design of the hardware part of the temperature of the collection, temperature display, infrared receiver, data processing design. First of all hardware systems through the infrared transmission techniques need to be set to receive the temperature signal, and then collected through the AD590 temperature sensor the temperature at the time, and 8 LED display real-time collection of temperature values or set values of temperature, and then transmitted to the system core single chip AT89S51, output through the single-chip temperature control AT89S51 information on heating or cooling the outside world.
