单片机系统的应用给现代工业测控领域带来了一次新的技术革命,自动化、智能化均离不开单片机的开发和使用。随着时代的发展,数字电子技术已经普及到我们生活,工作,科研,各个领域。在诸如加热、调光等应用场合,需要对交流电压进行调整。这种调整可以只关心负载功率情况而不管交流电压的幅度大小,可以考虑采用调整占空比的方式达到调整功率的目的。本文介绍了晶闸管交流调功器的发展现状,发展中所面临的问题等。通过对硬件系统和软件系统的实现,分析设计了一种基于AT89C2051单片机的晶闸管交流调功器。以单片机为控制核心,产生触发信号,隔离驱动晶闸管,以达到调节负载功率的目的。这种调功器中的晶闸管是过零导通和过零关断的。因此,对电源的波形不会产生畸变,干扰小。
