摘  要：商业银行股权结构是否合理是衡量金融体系是否健全的重要因素。近年来,我国商业银行着重对单一的股权结构进行改革,以期在股权结构优化的基础上促进银行绩效的提升。本文以我国商业银行为研究样本,计算并分析了样本银行的盈利性、流动性、资产质量和安全性，得到了均衡型股权结构的商业银行在这四个方面都要比集中型股权结构的商业银行强的结论，并提出优化国有商业银行股权结构的建议。

Ownership Structure And Performance Of Commercial Banks
Abstract：Ownership structure of commercial banks is reasonable is a measure of a country's financial system is sound important factor. In recent years, commercial banks focus on a single ownership structure reform, in order to optimize the equity structure based on the improvement of corporate governance mechanisms to promote bank performance improvement. In this paper, the Commercial Bank of China to study the samples were calculated and analyzed samples of bank profitability, liquidity, asset quality and safety, has been balanced ownership structure of commercial banks based in these four sectors have concentrated ownership structure than the commercial banks strong conclusions, and propose optimal ownership structure of state-owned commercial banks, suggestions and countermeasures. 以上研究表明，股权结构不仅影响企业资本成本，还通过影响企业的治理结构及经理行为，进而影响企业的总体经营绩效。股权结构对于商业银行的财务目标和稳健经营起着至关重要的作用。对于商业银行股权结构与经营绩效关系的研究，不仅可以从股权结构方面找出提高我国商业银行经营绩效的途径和应该采取的措施，从而提升商业银行的经营效率和竞争力，而且还可以为进一步有效推进金融体制的改革，促进中国银行业的健康、高效发展提供合理的依据和相应的政策建议。
