摘  要
企业薪酬管理是企业在国家宏观控制的工资政策范围允许内,灵活运用各种方法和手段,制定各种激励措施与规章制度,激发员工不断为企业作出贡献。合理有效的薪酬制度不仅能激发员工的积极性与主动性,促使员工努力实现企业目标,提高企业效益,而且能在人才竞争日益激烈的知识经济下吸引和保留住一支素质良好且具有竞争力的员工队伍。
本文通过对我国室内装修企业用工的薪酬管理制度的实际情况,对上海美树室内设计工程有限公司进行企业薪酬现状及问题进行修正和调整,如何更科学、合理地根据员工对组织的贡献来确定员工的薪酬差别,制定公平、公开、公正的薪酬制度,充分发挥薪酬的激励和引导作用,为完善室内装修企业的生存和发展起到重要的制度保障作用。
