浅析华强钢铁集团财务管理存在的问题及对策(论文11000字)
摘  要
在市场经济高速发展的今天，企业作为坚实的基础，对于推动市场经济发展、维护市场稳定、促进就业起到了关键性的推动作用。然而不同的企业在规模、企业质量等存在着差异，业务水平与技术水平也是参差不齐，部分企业在市场中面临因财务管理水平低下面临困境。目前需要会计界与企业联手解决存在企业内部的财务管理的相关弊病，具体应当从企业的财务管理现状入手，深入分析研究财务管理存在的问题。本文以一个具有代表性的企业-华强钢铁集团为例，分析该企业财务管理现状，分析该企业内部财务方面出现的相关问题，并针对相关问题提出相应解决对策，希望能给其他企业财务管理提供一定借鉴。

Abstract
With the rapid development of market economy, enterprises, as a solid foundation, play a key role in promoting the development of market economy, maintaining market stability and promoting employment. However, there are differences in the scale and quality of different enterprises, and the level of business and technology is uneven. Some enterprises are faced with difficulties due to the low level of financial management in the market. At present, it is necessary for accounting circles and enterprises to work together to solve the problems related to financial management in enterprises. We should start with the present situation of financial management in enterprises and deeply analyze and study the problems existing in financial management. In this paper, a representative enterprise-Hua Qiang Taking iron and steel group as an example, this paper analyzes the present situation of the financial management of the enterprise, analyzes the related problems in the internal financial aspects of the enterprise, and puts forward the corresponding solutions to the related problems, hoping to provide some reference for the financial management of other enterprises.
