摘 要
进入21世纪以来,随着经济的高速发展,城市化发展水平随之提高,人们物质生活水平不断提高。人们享受着丰富的物质生活带来便利的同时,也在不同程度遭受环境污染的威胁。当废弃物的产生速度超过大自然的自我消化速度时,这种威胁就更加显而易见。城市生活垃圾是导致城市环境污染的重要原因之一。中国城市环境卫生协会统计,我国每年产生近10亿吨垃圾,其中生活垃圾产生量约4亿吨,建设垃圾5亿吨左右,此外,还有餐厨垃圾1000万吨左右。然而,随着我国城镇化进程的加快以及人民生活水平的不断提高,城市生活垃圾还在以每年5%-8%左右的速度递增。这给我们敲响了一个警钟-垃圾正在包围我们生活的城市。作为新一线城市的东莞也面临着垃圾围城的威胁,在处理城市生活垃圾废弃物的问题上,也极具挑战。本论文是通过对城市生活垃圾废弃物流系统的研究,寻找问题及原因,借鉴外国经验。提出解决对策,从而优化系统。在城市生活垃圾回收处理的过程中降低对环境的污染,提高废弃物再利用率,减少资源浪费。

Since entering the 21st century, with the rapid economic development, the level of urban development has been improved, and people's material standard of living has been constantly improved. While people enjoy the convenience of rich material life, they are also threatened by environmental pollution to varying degrees. The threat becomes more apparent when waste is produced faster than nature can digest itself. Municipal solid waste is one of the important causes of urban environmental pollution. According to the statistics of China urban environmental health association, China produces nearly 1 billion tons of garbage every year, including 400 million tons of household garbage, 500 million tons of construction garbage, and 10 million tons of kitchen garbage. However, with the acceleration of China's urbanization process and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, urban household garbage is still increasing at a rate of about 5%-8% per year. This gives us a wake-up call -- rubbish is surrounding the city where we live. Dongguan, as a new first-tier city, is also facing the threat of garbage siege. It is also extremely challenging to deal with the problem of urban household garbage. This paper is based on the research of urban household garbage waste logistics system, to find problems and reasons, learn from foreign experience. Propose solutions to optimize the system. In the process of urban household garbage recycling and treatment, it can reduce environmental pollution, improve the reuse rate of waste and reduce the waste of resources.
