摘   要
教学反思是教师对其教学实践的再思考和再认识,是提升教师业务素养、提高教育教学水平的有效途径。通过反思,教师可以总结出其在教学实践中的优势和不足,以此来改善自身的不足,为高质高效的教学提供保障。近年来,教育界的专家、学者对教学反思的关注越来越多,关于教师应该反思什么、如何反思的讨论可谓是数不胜数。2001年开始实行的基础教育课程改革对教师的教学反思也提出了新要求,要求教师在教学内容、教学方式、学生发展、教师自身发展等方面都必须进行反思。如果教师不能够进行有效的教学反思,将不利于教师的专业化发展,更不利于学生的全面发展。我国教学质量的提高离不开教师的教学反思,然而,目前我国教师的教学反思现状并不乐观,因此有必要对其进行研究和改善。
本研究选择高中教师作为研究对象,分别采用了问卷法、访谈法和文献法。通过教师对教学反思意识、教学反思内容、教学反思水平、教学反思方式、教学反思发展阶段、教学反思倾向六个维度编制问卷,对高中教师教学反思的现状进行了调查,发现教师对教学反思的认识不足、教师教学反思频率低、教学反思水平低、教学反思方式单一、教学反思达不到发展性的目的。通过编制访谈提纲,随机选取了四名高中教师,深入的了解高中教师教学反思的情况,从中也发现了教师对教学反思认识不足、教学反思方式单一、教学反思水平较低。可见,高中教师教学反思存在很多问题,这些问题将会影响教师教学反思的效果,笔者对问题进行了系统的整理和原因分析,并在分析的基础上,找出了可行的对策建议。
本文从六个部分进行研究。第一个部分是对教学反思的研究背景、研究意义进行了阐述;第二个部分主要介绍了国内外相关研究结果以及对本研究相关的几个概念进行了界定;第三个部分阐述了本研究使用的三种研究方法;第四个部分是对问卷结果和访谈结果进行了分析总结;第五个部分是对研究结果分析后,找出其中存在问题,并且对原因进行深入的分析,提出相应的解决对策;第六个部分是结论。

Abstract
Teaching reflection is teachers’ rethink and recognition of their teaching practice.  It is an effective way of improving teachers’ professional capacity and the level of education and teaching. Through reflecting, teachers could conclude the advantages and disadvantages of their teaching practice, and then find out methods of improving their shortcomings, which could help ensure high quality and high efficiency of teaching. These years, the studies about teaching reflection have been more and more and mostly focus on what teachers should reflect and how to reflect. In our country, the curriculum reform which began from 2001 also put forward new requirements for teachers’ teaching reflection. It said teachers should reflect teaching contents, teaching methods, students’ development and their own development and so on. Without teaching reflection, neither teachers’ professional quality nor students’ comprehensive quality could be ensured. The improvement of our country’s teaching quality cannot come true without effective teaching reflection. However, the current situation of teachers’ teaching reflection in our country is not satisfying. Therefore, it is necessary to do a research on it and propose strategies to improve it.
This research was carried on from six aspects, which were teachers’ awareness, contents, level, methods, growth stages and tendency of teaching reflection. And the questionnaire was formed according to the six aspects. The author took advantage of three research methods: documentary method, questionnaire method and interviewing method. The research object of questionnaire research was high school teachers, from which the author also chose two to interview, so as to get further understanding.
The full text consists of six parts. The first part elaborated the background, significance, and the theoretical basis of the research. The second part introduced the domestic and overseas research status of teaching reflection. On the basis of previous research, the author defined the definition of teaching reflection and other related definitions of this research. The third part introduced several research methods that were used in this research. And the forth part analyzed the results of the questionnaire research and interview research. The fifth part made a conclusion on the current situation and concluded the existing problems. Then the author analyzed the reasons which caused the problems and put forward corresponding strategies for resolving these problems. The sixth part was a summary of the whole research. The author reflected the shortcomings of this research, which will be helpful for the future research.
