大学生就业能力评价指标体系研究-基于南京高校问卷调查实证分析(附调查问卷)(论文22000字)
摘要：解决好大学生的就业问题关系到整个国家的发展和人民的切身利益。此文以过往探究者进行的大学生就业能力构成要素的探究为落脚点，创新性地提出大学生就业能力的构成要素，从大学生实践能力、社会适应品质、专业知识与技能、人际处理能力、智慧处理能力、创新能力等六个方面建立大学生就业能力评价指标。并在此基础上设计了大学生就业能力调查问卷，借助SPSS与AMOS软件对问卷收集的数据进行分析，实证研究用哪些指标来评价大学生的就业能力。实证分析结果表明，本文设计的各个指标可以评价大学生就业能力，并有针对性的提出优化大学生就业能力的对策，分别从大学生自身与高校两个方面提出可行性建议。

Research on College Students' Employment Ability Evaluation System:
    A Case Study of Nanjing University Survey   
Abstract：Solving the problem of college students‘ employment is related to the development of the whole country and the vital interests of the people. This thesis is based on exploring the components of college students' employing ability ,which has been conducted by others in the past,to innovatively put forward the components of College Students' employing ability.And we establish the evaluating index for college students' employing ability  from 6 degrees including the students' practice ability, social adaptation quality, professional knowledge and skills, interpersonal skills, intelligence processing ability and the ability of innovation. Then, we design a questionaire of the college students' employing ability and analyze all the statistics with the help of AMOS and SPSS software.After empirical research we pick out the index which to evaluate the employing ability of College students. The results of empirical analysis show that all indexes can evaluate College Students' employing ability.We put forward  measures to enhance College Students' employing ability, respectively from the students themselves and colleges.
