摘    要
    随着近几年来国内经济的快速发展及人民生活水平的提高，消费者对于商品的需求已不止局限于日常所需品，绝大部分消费者对于艺术精神享受的要求也随之上升。然而，作为艺术工业区，这一本应当是消费者追求艺术消费的最佳渠道，近年来却由于种种因素产生了微妙的变化。
北京798艺术区是目前国内规模最大且最具代表性的艺术工业区，其建立的初衷本是激励艺术创作者，为艺术创作者提供适宜甚至最佳的空间，以确保艺术品的高质量生产，而近年来，其建立初衷逐渐遭到破坏，国内外来访者的购买行为也逐渐偏离艺术欣赏的目的，艺术品“商业化”所带来的问题不置可否。
结合北京798艺术工业区的现状及相关理论，应首要了解目前国内艺术工业区的艺术品真实品质与其商业价值的矛盾冲突，找出其症结并及时加以治理。

Abstract

   With the rapid development of domestic economy,and the growth of people's living standards in recent years,consumer's demand for commodities has no longer been limited to daily necessities.The demand for art and spiritual enjoyment of most consumers has risen greatly therewith.However,as a art industry zone which should has been the best way for consumers to pursue and consume art，the 798 art zone changed subtlely these years.

    The 798 art zone located in Beijing is the largest and the most representative art industry zone currently.Its original intention of the establishment is to inspire art creators and to provide them with the most suitable and convenient space,in order to ensure the high quality production of artworks.But in recent years，such intention has been gradually damaged.The purchasing behavior of domestic and foreign visitors has gone far beyond the purpose of art appreciation.The problems caused by the commercialization of artworks is noncommittal.
Considering the present situation of 798 art zone and related theories,we should comprehend the conflict between artistic quality and commercial value of artworks from domestic art industry zones,find out its crux and put it in order.
