摘  要

艺术不仅是一种美，也是一种产业，在现在形形色色、异彩纷呈的艺术世界中，因为要正确判断艺术的价值，寻找艺术的正确的表达方式，把握艺术的发展方向，所以艺术管理也起着越来越重要的作用。艺术管理不仅推动了文化艺术事业的蓬勃发展，满足了文化艺术市场的需求，同时它所推动的文化艺术产业也是提高我国国际竞争力的重要因素，是建设和发展中国特色社会主义市场经济的重要需求。要推动文化产业的跨越性、可持续发展性，就必须把加快文化艺术经营管理人才队伍的建设，也就是搞好艺术管理，把艺术管理放在突出的位置上。而对于艺术管理这门新学科的发展来说,它将会为文化产业的发展培养出具有文化基础和艺术鉴赏能力的复合型专门人才，极大地推动艺术产业的创新与繁荣。
