摘    要

随着社会的发展和教育、教学改革的不断深入，大学生艺术团如雨后春笋般在各高校蓬勃发展起来。艺术团是校园文化建设中的一支生力军，它以特有的生机与活力，在校园文化建设中发挥着独特的、不可替代的作用，也在校内外各种文化艺术交流与演出活动中承担着重要任务。同时，艺术团也是陶冶情操和提高审美修养的重要平台，是学校实施素质教育的有效载体。因此，关注大学生艺术团的建设，科学、规范地管理好大学生艺术团，具有重要的现实意义。普通高校大学生艺术团是高校文化素质教育全面发展的重要组成部分，它不仅丰富、活跃了校园课余文化生活，而且对创建文明社会和建设和谐校园而全面地普及提高大学生的艺术修养和鉴赏水平起到了积极的推动作用。
