摘 要
混凝土是目前建筑行业应用最多并且最广泛的一种建筑材料,随着城市化进程不断加剧,人们对混凝土的需求也会越来越高,但是混凝土中的砂石等硅酸盐材料是不可再生的,所以总有一天会出现混凝土短缺的局面。此外混凝土开裂也容易造成路面损坏导致安全事故,因此防止混凝土开裂具有极强的现实意义。本文也是围绕防止混凝土开裂这一主题进行设计。
本文主要研究了温度应力试验机温湿度控制系统的设计。首先,本文对温度应力试验机的国内外研究现状进行介绍,然后结合各种文献资料和混凝土的温湿度检测情况,提出了防止混凝土开裂的总体方案,包括硬件方案和软件方案。硬件方案包括对混凝土试件温湿度信号的采集以及温湿度控制的执行机构,温湿度信号的采集通过多通道信号采集与信号调理等过程将温湿度信号输入计算机,执行机构通过温控模板与环境箱实现对混凝土试件温湿度的调节。软件方案主要是通过Labview软件开发环境进行虚拟仪器设计,主要包括信号的采集,数据处理与数据显示和温湿度控制,信号采集包括信号采集卡初始化程序设计,数据处理通过对数据的存储和调用实现,温湿度控制主要指PID参数的设计。
我认为将温度传感器放进混凝土试件里面与直接测混凝土表面温度相比可以提高测量精度。

Abstract
Concrete is one of the most populous and most widely building material currently used in the construction industry. With the intensification of the process of urbanization, people's demand of concrete will more and more high, but in concrete gravel and other silicate material is non renewable, so there is always a day will appear the shortage of concrete situation. In addition concrete cracking are likely to cause pavement damage resulting in accidents, thus preventing the cracking of concrete has a very strong practical significance. This paper is designed ,focusing on the prevent concrete cracking the theme.
This paper focuses on the design of temperature stress testing machine, the temperature and humidity control system. Firstly, this paper introduces the testing machine should be carried out at home and abroad research status of the temperature, and then combined with the temperature and humidity detection of all kinds of literature and concrete, the overall scheme is put forward to prevent the cracking of concrete, including the solution of software and hardware. The hardware scheme including a temperature and humidity signal acquisition and temperature and humidity control actuator test of concrete, temperature and humidity signal acquisition through multi-channel signal acquisition and signal conditioning process such as temperature and humidity signal input computer, actuator through the temperature control box to realize the template and environment adjustment of temperature and humidity on the concrete scheme of software is mainly. The design of virtual instrument through the Labview software development environment, including signal acquisition, data processing and data display and temperature and humidity control, signal acquisition Including signal acquisition card initialization program design, data processing through the data storage and call to achieve, temperature and humidity control mainly refers to the design of PID parameters.
I think it can improve the measurement accuracy of the temperature sensor in the concrete test piece which can improve the surface temperature of the concrete directly.
