摘要
对于产业链上的各个企业来说,“信息不对称”永远是交易中的一大难题。当今的互联网要从信息传递转移为价值传递的导向正在潜移默化地影响着这个社会。而区块链正具备解决交易信用问题的作用。将区块链技术运用于线上保兑仓融资模式中,可以增加商业银行在互联网金融下经营小微业务的积极性,从而支持实体经济的发展。
在开始研究之前,笔者搜集大量区块链和保兑仓融资模式的相关资料,并加以整理。后来,整理相关案例进行对比分析。最后,才完成这样一篇文稿。
本文欲引用大量公众资源到参与体系,再建立一套满足经济活动赖以发展的“信任”生态体系,来解决这道难题。运用区块链技术将全部交易稳定而又透明地连接在整个账本中,根据融资模式制定相关协议合约,大规模的复杂节点共同自觉参与计算运作,完成各自的工作,既减少了人工的出错率,又降低了成本和风险。在应用中设置数字货币(令牌)发行的机制,给线上保兑仓融资场景的资金需求方和担保方发放信用令牌额度,而商业银行等其他场景主体通过判断融资方的行为对其信用令牌进行结算,这样可极大地提高凭证和交易的可信度、准确性和处理效率,提高产业链金融的效率。

Abstract
For each company in the industry chain, information asymmetry is always a big problem in the transaction. In the current Internet, the thing transferred in the society is gradually changed from information orientation to value orientation. And blockchain is playing a role in solving transactional credit problems. The application of blockchain technology to the financing mode of online security warehouses can increase the enthusiasm of commercial banks to operate small and micro business under Internet finance, thereby supporting the development of the real economy.
Before staring the study, the author collected and sorted relevant data of blockchain and the financing mode of online security warehouses. Later, some cases were collated for comparative analysis. In the end, such a manuscript was completed.
In this article, a large number of public resources are introduced to the participation system, and then a set of trust ecosystems are established which can meet the needs of economic activities. By using blockchain technology, all the transactions are connected in an entire, open and transparent account book. According to the financing model, relevant agreements and contracts are formulated. Large-scale and complex nodes jointly participate in computing operations and complete their own work, which reduces manual error rate and costs. In the application, a digital currency (token) issuance mechanism is set up, a credit token amount is issued to the capital demand side and the sponsor side of the online security warehouse financing scenario, and other scene subjects judge and settle accounts the behavior of the financing side by the credit tokens, such as a commercial bank. This way can greatly improve the credibility, accuracy and processing efficiency of the voucher and transaction, and improve the efficiency of the industry chain finance.
