摘要
随着互联网技术的不断发展，越来越多的支付方式及手段出现在了人们的视线之中，影响着人们生活的方方面面，并且对国家的金融行业等做出了重大的影响。目前互联网技术正在以高速发展的速度活跃在金融行业的视野中，但是过快的发展也导致了其出现了许多的风险因素，需要人们通过各种方法去进行合理规避，本文以蚂蚁金服为研究对象，对其盈利模式以及风险防范措施进行相关的研究，旨在从实际案例出发对金融业的合理发展进行有效的管控。论文首先对蚂蚁金服的发展历程进行综合概述，了解其产品的盈利体系及其交易规模，并对其海外投资情况进行相关概述。通过对其盈利模式以及信贷业务的分析找出其存在的具体风险状况，主要包括业务风险和运营风险两方面，最后针对所提出的风险对其防范措施进行一定的研究，提出了主要的风控措施。

ABSTRACT
With the continuous development of Internet technology, more and more payment methods and means appear in people's sight, affecting all aspects of people's life, and making a significant impact on the country's financial industry. At present, Internet technology is active in the vision of the financial industry with the rapid development, but the rapid development also leads to many risk factors, which need people to reasonably avoid through various methods. This paper takes ant financial as the research object to study its profit model and risk prevention measures, The purpose is to effectively control the reasonable development of the financial industry from the actual cases. Firstly, the paper gives a comprehensive overview of the development process of ant financial services, understands the profit system and transaction scale of its products, and summarizes its overseas investment. Through the analysis of its profit model and credit business, this paper finds out the specific risk situation, mainly including business risk and operation risk.
