摘要：上市公司的股利分配是其理财活动中的一项非常重要的内容，体现了上市公司中各类投资者以及管理者等主体之间的利益分配的关系，股利分配的合理与否，不光会影响到投资者的权益，而且还会向市场传递出该公司的一些经营信息。本文首先分析了我国金融行业四类上市公司（证券公司、银行、保险公司和信托公司）2009年至2010年之间的股利分配状况，然后多角度地探讨了形成这些股利分配现状的影响因素，最后，根据我国当前的实际情况，就如何改善目前的情况提出了一些建议和意见，认为国家、金融行业上市公司和投资者三方面都应该共同努力并采取措施，来规范金融行业上市公司的股利分配行为。

Abstract: The listed company's dividend allocation is an important part of its financial activities, it reflects the various types of investors and managers of the listed companies in the main relationship between the allocation of benefits, and dividend allocation is reasonable or not, not only will affect the interests of investors, but also conveys to the market the company's business information. The paper firstly analyzes the conditions of allocating dividends of  the four listed companies in China's financial industry (securities companies, banks, insurance companies and trusts) from 2007 to 2009, secondly, explores the factors in different aspects. In the end, according to the fact of our country, on how to improve the current situation raises a number of recommendations and observations that the State, financial sector listed companies and investors should work together in all three areas and take measures to standardize the action of allocating dividends about our country’s financial sector listed companies.
