摘要:滤波器和天线是射频前端系统中的两个十分重要的无源器件。滤波器的主要功能是过滤掉没有用的频率信号,只保留需要的频率信号。滤波器最普通的分类可以分为以下四个类型:高通滤波器、低通滤波器、带通滤波器和带阻滤波器。自从进入21世纪以来,科技飞速发展,人类逐渐步入了信息化的时代,因此电子产品的种类也越来越多,这也导致了产品之间的信号干扰问题越来越严重,所以滤波器的应用也越来越广泛了。而天线作为收发信号的重要器件,它的地位就像人类的心脏一样重要。因为天线自身并不具备滤波特性,其接收到的和发射出去的信号在不必要的频段也可能会有一定的能量辐射出去,所以需要加入一个滤波器帮助天线进行频率的选择。滤波器和天线在如今这个信息化的时代中的应用非常的广泛,在通信系统中这两者都担任着十分重要的角色。可是在滤波器和天线在一起设计的时候遇到了一个令人头疼的问题:就是两者加起来导致通信系统整体的体积变大,而现如今这个科技飞速发展的时代,对产品的小型化的要求越来越高,手机电脑越来越轻薄就是个很明显的例子,于是我们把滤波器和天线集成在一起,也就是所谓的滤波天线,这样不仅大大的减小了产品的体积,而且降低了生产设计成本,同时也提高了产品的性能。本课题通过研究滤波器和天线理论,设计了紧凑型滤波天线。首先,设计了两极Butterworth带通滤波器。然后,通过用具有缺陷接地结构(DGS)的扇形贴片天线(传统天线)代替第二端口和谐振器,从而构成滤波天线。与传统天线相比,滤波天线在通带内获得更平坦的增益响应,在通带边缘的良好选择性,以及更宽的带宽。测量结果表明,本次实验中的滤波天线在活波损耗值为-10dB处的频率为2.26GHz—2.65GHz,可以计算出相应的-10dB带宽为0.39GHz。

Abstract:Filters and antennas are two very important passive devices in RF front-end systems. In this paper, a compact filter antenna is designed by studying the theory of filter and antenna. First, a bipolar Butterworth bandpass filter is designed. Then, a filter antenna is formed by replacing the second port and the resonator with a sector-shaped patch antenna (conventional antenna) having a defective ground structure (DGS). Compared to conventional antennas, the filter antenna achieves a smoother gain response in the passband, good selectivity at the passband edge, and wider bandwidth.
