摘要 随着历史的发展与进步,我们生活圈子中车辆扮演的角色更加多样,成为了我们生活的一部分。一辆汽车总共有四个大的总成,车桥是四个当中的一个,所以一辆汽车的性能与车桥密切相关。车桥的选择直接影响汽车的性能。
本次设计我参考了近些年期刊上的方法。我们先确定了主减速器、差速器等部件的具体参数及其所选择的布置形式;其次总结了其他类型的车桥设计结构,对比分析出此次车桥设计所选择的具体方案;最后我仔细地对个别重要零件进行了系统的比较,并且对他们进行了分析比较。
因为本次设计我选用了整体结构不复杂,而且制造工艺相对来说容易的主减速器驱动桥(单级),从而使得整体的设计得到了明显的改进。而且在保证降低制造成本的基础上,单级主减速器选择了双曲面齿轮,以便于提高车桥的效率及方案的可行性,因此此次毕业设计可以达到要求。 [资料来源:http://www.THINK58.com]

The design and calculation of 9 tons truck driving axle
Abstract
With the passage of time and the development of history, the role of automobiles in people’s working lives has become more diverse and has become part of the lives of people in the modern age. A car has a total of four large assemblies. The axle is one of four, so the performance of a car is closely related to the axle,and it is more obvious in the field of trucks. The axle housing, differential,and axle shaft main reducer together constitute the axle. The choice of the axle is directly related to the driving smoothness, fuel economy, power performance and stability of the car.
This time the design of the truck axle was based on the design method of a conventional axle. We first determined the specific parameters of the final reducer, differential and other components and the layout of their choice; followed by summarizing the other types of axle design structure, comparative analysis of the specific plan selected by the axle design; And most importantly, the main and driven bevel gears, axle gears, differential planetary gears, axle bearings, axle axles and axle housings have been designed and calculated and checked for strength and life. Because of this design, I chose a single-stage final drive bridge with a relatively simple overall structure and a relatively easy manufacturing process. This made the overall design and operation simple, and facilitated design and reliability. And on the basis of reducing the manufacturing cost, the single-stage final decelerator has selected the hyperboloid gears to improve the drive efficiency of the drive axle and the feasibility . So, the graduate design can meet the require of the mession book.
