随着现代经济的发展，传统的图片已经不能适应各种生产生活的需要，科技发展各种新的数码产品不断涌现，为新的图片管理系统的研发和应用打下基础。本文研究的图片管理系统，可以安全的保存图片信息，避免图片信息的丢失，分类存储使查找方便快捷，使用和修改更为简单，可以极大的节约时间，提高工作效率。使用该系统，面向企业使图片处理这方面的工作更为轻松，更为方便，家庭使用，可以编辑个人相册家庭相册，与家人同乐，使21世纪的人们更能享受生活。本文所做的主要工作如下：
（1） 介绍了UisualBasic6.0和access数据库的一般原理
（2） 阐述整个系统的系统结构及工作原理
（3） 设计实现图片的保存，图片的分类存储，图片的分类查找，图片相关信息的存储等功能
（4） 有待完善的功能

Abstract
With the development of modern economy, the traditional picture cant already meet the needs of different life and production , development in science and technology various kinds of new digital product emerge constantly, for new picture research and development and using the foundation of laying of administrative system. Picture administrative system , this text of research, save picture information on can safe, avoid the losing of information of the picture, classify and store enabling looking for conveniently and swiftly , use and revise simpler, thrift time when can be great, improve working efficiency. Use system this , face enterprise make picture deal with to have more light works in this respect, it is more convenient, familys use, can edit the personal album family album , happy together with family, enable people in the 21st century to enjoy life even more.
The groundwork that this text does is as follows:
(1)Have introduced UisualBasic6.
