摘 要：随着国家政策对农村更多的倾斜，农村经济有了很大的发展，大量年轻的农民工返乡创业，第一代打工者陆续返乡安度晚年，这批人在沿海经济发达地区生活多年，他们有发达的消费观以及先进的消费能力，这使他们更加的注重产品的品质，对消费质量的要求随之增高。而当今的农村市场还是充斥着以前的那种价廉质次的产品，远远不能满足这部分人的消费诉求，而且随着 国家队农村经济的扶持，农民的收入也大幅度提高，农民的可支配收入开始提高，现有的农村市场商品已经开始满足不了他们的消费需求。而且国家政策更多的围绕增加农民的生产收入做文章，对提高农民消费质量的关注较少，也缺少细致，深入的研究。
本文研究了新型农民的构成，以及他们的消费行为。采用问卷调查实证研究的论证方法，关注新型农民的消费行为和消费诉求，并提出一些解决之道。为提高农民消费质量进而提高农民生活质量的研究起抛砖引玉的作用。
