上市公司的债务结构对公司业绩的影响-以农业上市公司为例(9300字)
摘  要:债务结构与公司业绩之间存在密切的关系。本文选取农业上市公司2006年到2010年的数据，共有368个观测值，对农业上市公司的债务期限结构和债务布置结构对公司业绩的影响进行实证分析。结果表明：农业上市公司的债务期限结构与公司业绩呈负相关关系；农业上市公司的银行借款比例与公司业绩呈正相关关系。

Debt Structure of China’s Listed Corporations and Its Effect upon the Corporate Performance——Take Agricultural Listed Companies as an Example
Abstract：There are close relevance between debt structure and companies operating performance. This article chooses data of agriculture listed companies from 2006 to 2010, up to three hundred and sixty-eight observations. Making a theory analysis and empirical research to the debt maturity structure and debt distribution structure to performance of china agricultural listed companies. Consequently :It is significant negative relationship between maturity structure of debt and companies operating performance; It is significant positive relationship between the proportion of bank loans and companies operating performance.
