摘  要：随着我国经济的不断发展，越来越多的企业集团应运而生，企业集团对国家的经济发展起到了重要的推动作用，也必将成为国家的主要经济支柱。然而企业集团面临的收益分配问题影响了企业集团的快速发展，大多数企业集团的收益分配的方法是不太合理的。本文研究收益分配对其企业集团发展、股东结构、股票价格的影响，并对此进行案例分析。分析企业集团收益分配中存在的某些问题，并提出有效的建议。对不同收益分配方法进行比较分析，从实现股东财富最大化方面考虑，选择自身企业集团适用的收益分配策略。

Research on The Income Distribution Strategy of Enterprise Group
Abstract：With China's economic development, more and more enterprises group emerged, enterprise group for the country's economic development plays an important role, will become the nation's main economic pillar. Analysis enterprise group income distribution in some existing problems, and puts forward some effective Suggestions. For different income distribution method for comparative analysis, from realizing stockholder wealth maximization into consideration, choose their enterprise group applicable income distribution strategy.
