摘  要：多元化是一种战略选择，在现今错综复杂的经济形势下，战略决定着公司的命运。公司之间的竞争归根到底是战略优劣的竞争，尤其是财务战略，因其作为公司战略的核心部分，关系着公司的前途命运。当前，公司在高速发展的同时面临着管理难度增加，竞争者增多，市场份额减少等诸多问题。所以，公司必须要根据形势的变化来选择适合其发展的公司财务战略，以使公司实现可持续发展。本文通过对企业多元化经营和财务战略的分析，从失败的案例和成功的案例分析原因，总结多元化企业财务战略的存在的问题和财务战略的精髓，最后选择正确的的财务战略定位。

Abstract: Diversification is a strategic choice, in today's complex economic situation, the fate of the company's strategic decision. The competition between the company destiny1 figure of competition is the strategic, especially financial strategy, because it’s as the core part of corporate strategy, the company's future and destiny relationship. At present, the company in fast-growth also faces increased the difficulty of management, market share, competitors increased decreases etc many problems. So, the company must according to the situation changes to choose suitable for its development company financial strategy to enable the company to realize the sustainable development.
