摘 要
苏宁云商集团于1990年创立于南京,最初是一家立足于大家电及数码3C销售的线下单一电器卖场,2013年苏宁云商集团正式触网,开始向一家线上综合零售企业转型,现在苏宁云商集团已经发展为一家拥有线下门店、线上综合零售网站苏宁易购网上商城、苏宁金融以及苏宁物流为一体的大型综合性零售企业。本文首先对国内电子商务发展的发展规模进行了介绍;并介绍了正在向线上转型的传统企业代表之一苏宁云商集团的现阶段大致经营状况以及目标。随后结合苏宁云商集团在转型中拥有的优势进行分析:线下大量的固定资产、长期良好的供应商关系以及长期较好的线下口碑,与劣势:强烈的数码大家电卖场的固有形象、推进不力的第三方支付产品、起步过晚的自有物流以及目标人群相互重叠的线下店面给出了现阶段的建议。最后就线下企业向线上转型做出了总结性的展望。

ABSTRACT
Formerly known as Suning Appliance Chain, Suning Commerce Group was founded in Nanjing in 1990. It was initially an offline single store, which took major electrical appliances and digital 3C sales as the footholds. However, this Group began to march toward online market in 2013. So simultaneously, it was being transformed into a comprehensive online retail enterprise gradually. Now, Suning Commerce Group has developed into a large integrated retail enterprise with offline stores, Suning shopping website-Suning.com, Suning finance and Suning logistics. Firstly, this paper will make an introduction on the development scale of domestic E-commerce and current general operating conditions and objectives of Suning Commerce Group. And then, as one of the traditional enterprises, its strengths such as a large number of offline fixed assets, long-term good supplier relationship and better offline word-of-mouth, and weaknesses like the inherent image of digital electricity store, third-party payment products with poor promotion, the lated own logistics and offline stores with the target customers overlapping with each other will be combined and analyzed so that corresponding suggestions will be put forward.
