摘要：伴随着我国经济的快速发展，企业为了获得竞争优势，会对新员工开展培训，保证员工能够尽快融入到企业中来，这也成为了各个企业保持核心竞争力的关键。本文运用了培训管理的相关知识对西安房元明科技股份有限公司的新进员工展开了系统性的培训，结合到西安方元明科技股份有限公司的实际情况，制定了详细的培训方案以及保证障措施，并且从公司制度上加强了新员工培训的执行力度。

Research on the design of new staff training scheme of Xi ' an Fang technology co., ltd.
Abstract：With the rapid development of our economy, enterprises for or competitive advantage, the training of new employees, to ensure that employees can be integrated into the enterprise as soon as possible to become the key to maintain the core competitiveness of enterprises. This paper applies the training management knowledge to the new staff of Xi ' an fangyuan technology co., ltd. systematically training, combined with the actual situation of Xi ' an fangyuan technology co., ltd., developed a detailed training program and baozhengzhang measures, and strengthened the implementation of new employee training from the company system.
