我国体育用品公司盈利模式分析-以李宁公司为样本(论文11000字)
摘要
相比较西方发达国家我国的体育产业起步较晚，很多运动品牌还很不成熟，李宁公司作为国内体育用品领域老牌企业受国外品牌冲击较大。本文从李宁公司外部环境和SWOT分析入手，从利润点、利润对象、利润措施和利润屏障四个要素进行分析总结，从而对李宁公司盈利模式进行较为清晰的刻画。最后为我国体育用品公司提出长尾模式最优化、020 模式补充产品短板、高端产品子公司的建立的建议。

Abstract
Compared with western developed countries, China's sports industry started late, and many sports brands are still immature. As a veteran enterprise in the field of domestic sports goods, Li Ning Company has been greatly impacted by foreign brands. Starting from the external environment and SWOT analysis of Li Ning Company, this paper makes an analysis and summary of four elements, namely profit point, profit object, profit measure and profit barrier, so as to give a clear description of Li Ning Company's profit model. Finally, the paper puts forward suggestions on the optimization of the long tail model, the establishment of the subsidiary company of the 020 model supplementary products, and the high-end products.
