游客满意度的多维度影响因素研究-以中华恐龙园为例(论文7500字)
摘要： 随着我国经济的发展，旅游已经成为了大众化的休闲方式，旅游的大众化倾向让旅游成为了强劲的促进经济发展的新引擎，常州恐龙园作为中国最大的一恐龙为主题的游乐园，游客的满意度可以说在很大程度上决定着景区是否可以长远发展。游客一旦有了满意的体验就很有可能通过口头传播带动其他游客前来旅游或接受服务，而对于游客自身来说也会是导致再一次去体验的重要影响因素。所以说让游客满意是旅游发展的关键。满意度研究的意义也无疑是非常重要的。
本文将以常州恐龙园作为论述的主体，通过问卷调查和随机访谈的方式对于游客满意度的多维度影响因素进行研究和分析，为推动常州恐龙园之后的可持续发展提供一些第一手的资料
