房地产企业投资风险评价体系研究(任务书,开题报告,毕业论文14400字)
摘 要:房地产业作为国民经济的支柱性产业,对于中国GDP增长具有巨大投资拉动作用,但同时房地产业又具有高风险、高收益的特性。因此在房地产投资过程中,投资者在关注高回报的投资预期的同时,应该更加关注所面临着的各种风险因素,而这些风险因素对房地产投资的成败起着决定性的作用。 文章在分析房地产投资风险影响因素的基础上,提出了房地产企业投资风险综合评价指标体系,并通过对一个房地产企业的投资风险进行分析,用层次分析法进行研究,对投资项目的风险进行了综合评价,找出其存在的问题并提出解决这些问题的对策,为房地产开发企业的科学决策提供了依据。

Real Estate Investment Risk Assessment System
Abstract:Real Estate as a pillar industry of national economy, GDP growth for China has a huge role in wheeling investment, but meanwhile the real estate industry also has high-risk, high-profit characteristics. Therefore , in the process of real estate investment, investors concerned about the high returns on investment expected at the same time, they should be more concerned about the various risk factors which they were confronted with , and these risk factors on the real estate investment plays a decisive role in the success or failure. The article analyzes the real estate investment risk factors based on the proposed Real Estate Investment risk evaluation index system , and through a real estate investment risk analysis company, AHP is used to study the risk of investment projects a comprehensive evaluation to identify the existing problems and propose measures to solve these problems for real estate development company to provide a basis for scientific decision making.
