浅谈涉农企业的企业文化构建(14000字)
摘要：改革开放以后，我国的涉农企业蓬勃发展起来，但是许多有规模、上档次的涉农企业在企业文化建设上却是一片空白，没有真正发挥企业文化在企业发展中的作用力与影响力。在涉农企业的发展过程中，尽管目前涉农企业的企业文化建设越来越受到重视，但是真正搞起涉农企业企业文化建设来，许多地方和企业却又不知从何下手、由哪个部门管理，困惑、误区、模仿、失败，都是在涉农涉农企业企业文化建设中常常碰到的问题。本文从企业文化的视角，就涉农企业如何实构建企业文化保持健康持续发展谈一些个人的想法与思考。
