摘  要
随着近些年来网络的飞速发展，越来越多的人离不开网络生活，而与此同时网络事件也频频发生，也因为网络的去个性化使得网络群体的形成变得十分简单。由于有关部门的处理方式和有关媒体个人的信息报道使得越来越多的非理性集群行为产生，本文将从非理性集群行为的产生原因，发展过程和最后结果开始讨论，结合去年发生的红黄蓝幼儿园事件始末，分析事件产生的原因和发展过程，说明群体认同，群体效能和群体情绪对于网络非理性集群行为的影响，以及如何从根源开始预防管控非理性集群行为。

Research on the Behavior of Network Irrational Clusters——Take RYB Kindergarten Incident as an example
ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of the Internet in recent years, more and more people are inseparable from online life. At the same time, network events occur frequently, and because the depersonalization of the network makes the formation of network groups very simple.Due to the processing methods of related departments and the information reports of individual media, more and more irrational cluster behaviors are generated. This article will discuss the causes, development process and final results of irrational cluster behaviors, combining the red and yellow that occurred last year. The origins and development process of the Blue Kindergarten incident analyzes the causes and development process of the incident, and illustrates the impact of group identification, group effectiveness and group sentiment on the behavior of irrational clusters, and how to prevent and control the behavior of irrational clusters from the root.
