大班幼儿同伴冲突中的教师介入行为研究(论文13000字)
摘  要
大班幼儿对于物品有着强烈的控制欲，并且在“娇生惯养”的教育背景之下这种控制欲会更为明显，因此在幼儿园中不可避免的会与同伴发生冲突行为，他们会因为各种各样的原因与同伴产生冲突。教师是在幼儿园当中引导幼儿生活的主要人物，在面对各种各样类型的同伴冲突时，教师所采取的介入方式会对幼儿造成深刻的影响。当教师可以正确的介入幼儿同伴冲突时，会促进幼儿的亲社会行为的发展；当教师错误的介入幼儿同伴冲突时，会激起幼儿的反社会行为。
对大班教师介入幼儿同伴冲突的研究中，运用观察法、案例法、访谈法等研究方法，分析河南虞城M幼儿园大班教师介入幼儿同伴冲突的现状，并且对其中的影响因素及存在的问题进行分析，在此基础上给教师提出可行性建议，促进教师专业化的发展。

A study on Teachers' intervention behavior in peer conflict of large class children
Abstract
Large class children have a strong desire to control objects，and this desire will be more obvious under the background of "spoiled" education.Therefore，in kindergarten，they will inevitably have conflict behavior with their peers，and they will have conflict with their peers for various reasons. Teachers are the main people who guide children's life in kindergarten. In the face of various types of peer conflicts，teachers' intervention will have a profound impact on children. When teachers can correctly intervene in children's peer conflict，it will promote the development of children's Pro social behavior；when teachers mistakenly intervene in children's peer conflict， it will arouse children's anti social behavior.

In the research of big class teachers' involvement in children's peer conflict，using the methods of observation，case study and interview，this paper analyzes the current situation of big class teachers' involvement in children's peer conflict in Yucheng m kindergarten，Henan Province，and analyzes the influencing factors and existing problems. On this basis, it puts forward feasible suggestions for teachers to promote the development of teachers' specialization.
