摘 要：科学技术和网络的发展是一把双刃剑，给人们带来生活带来便利的同时，也给犯罪分子的滋生提供了肥沃的土壤。由此，电子证据作为法律与科技结合的产物，有着巨大的发展潜力。但电子证据在民事诉讼中的运用是我国法学研究中一个较新的课题，在立法方面也相对落后，因此，本文对电子证据展开全面的研究和讨论。
Abstract： Development of science and technology and the network is a double-edged sword , the convenience of life brings people, also provides fertile soil for crime molecular breeding. Thus, the electronic evidence as the product of combination of law and technology, has great potential for development. But the use of electronic evidence in civil litigation is a relatively new subject of law study in our country, in the aspect of legislation is relatively backward, therefore, this paper studied and discussed in detail on electronic evidence.
