摘要
本设计是丹阳市开发区某村的一期污水工程。设计处理废水为典型的生活污水,规模为2000m 3 /d,本期总占地面积约 3500 m 2 。设计进水水质为:BOD5 = 200mg/L,COD = 300 mg/L,SS = 300mg/L,TN = 67mg/L,NH3-N = 45mg/L,TP = 2.2mg/L;设计出水水质为:BOD5 ≤20 mg/L,COD≤ 60mg/L, SS ≤ 20mg/L,TN ≤20mg/L,NH3 -N≤8mg/L,TP ≤1mg/L,即污水处理厂出水水质要求符合 GB18918-2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》的一级 B标准。
通过国内外不同活性污泥法的对比,最终选定改良型氧化沟工艺作为污水处理厂的处理工艺。该工艺是在 Carrousel 2000 型氧化沟前增加一个厌氧池,形成一个组合式生化池。该方法不仅可满足污水脱氮除磷的要求,而且符合该片区目前进水水质现状。
污水处理工艺流程为:进水→中格栅→污水提升泵→细格栅→平流沉砂池→配水井→厌氧池→氧化沟→竖流式二沉池→紫外线消毒池→出水。
污泥处理工艺流程为:污泥泵房→浓缩池→贮泥池→脱水机房→泥饼外运。 [来源:http://think58.com]

ABSTRACT
This project is a primary design of sewage plant of economic area in a of Danyang. The treated wastewater is typical municipal sewage. The design scale is 2000m 3 /d and the total area of the sewage plant is about 3500m2 . The primary water quality is presented as following: BOD5 = 200mg/L,COD = 300 mg/L,SS = 300mg/L,TN = 67mg/L,NH3-N = 45mg/L,TP = 2.2mg/L;and the effluent need reach the Grade B Standards in 《Emission Standards of Urban sewage treatment plant》 GB8978-2002, which is BOD5 ≤20 mg/L,COD≤ 60mg/L, SS ≤ 20mg/L,TN ≤20mg/L,NH3 -N≤8mg/L,TP ≤1mg/.
Through the comparison of activated sludge process in domestic and abroad, I finally choosing improved oxidation ditch process as sewage treatment process. This process increases an anaerobic pond before the Carrousel 2000 oxidation ditch, forming a combined biochemical pool. This method can not only meet the requirements of sewage nitrogen and phosphorous removal, but also consistent with the current water quality status of the film area.

The wastewater treatment process: sewage→medium space grid→sewage promote pump→thin grid→flat flow grit chamber→water distribution well→ anaerobic tank→oxidation ditch→vertical flow sedimentation tank→ultraviolet disinfection→discharge water.
The sludge treatment process: sludge pumping station→sludge thickening tank→sludge storage tanks→dewatering room→ sludge output.
