摘 要
本文借助计算电子仿真软件ISIS 7 Profession设计一种以非接触方式对易燃易爆物质进行探测的传感器设计方案,通过测量电极间有无物质时的电容值的变化来确定物质的介电常数,用以实现这种测量的传感器结构、尺寸以及电极间的分布,再经由电容测量电路将电容值转化为电信号输入至51单片机,通过和设定值进行比较从而快速判断液体成分,所得结果对于非接触式液体违禁品的快速检测具有重要的指导意义。
论文主要研究设计了一种可以检测液体介电常数的电容传感器,通过一定的信号处理能够区分水、酒精和汽油三种液体,当检测到可燃液体时提供声光报警,能够设计一种识别算法,有效的区分多种危险液体并在显示屏上加以显示。
本文的特色:为了减小电容的边缘效应的影响,采用了8-电极ECT传感器对未知液体进行测量,利用回归法计算介电常数;使用基于电荷放大原理的电容测量电路对未知电容进行测量。
研究结果表明:完美地使用了51单片机分析,通过测量加入未知液体后容器电容的介电常数变化,从而判断液体种类,实现了危险液体检测仪设计。

Abstract
The calculation of electronic simulation software ISIS 7 Profession design a kind of flammable and explosive substances are detected by non-contact sensor design, change by measuring the capacitance between the electrodes without material values to determine the dielectric constant of the material, in order to realize the measurement of the sensor structure, size and distribution of electrodes then, through the capacitance measuring circuit for capacitance is converted into an electrical signal input to the SCM 51, and by setting were compared so as to quickly determine the liquid component, the results have important guiding significance for the rapid detection of non-contact liquid contraband.
This paper mainly studies the design of a method which can detect liquid dielectric constant capacitive sensor, capable of separating water, alcohol and gasoline three kinds of liquid through a certain signal processing, provide sound and light alarm when detecting flammable liquid, to design a new recognition algorithm, to distinguish multiple hazardous liquids effectively and displayed on the screen.

The characteristics of this paper: in order to reduce the influence of edge effect of capacitor, the measurement of the unknown liquid 8-electrode ECT sensor, the dielectric constant is calculated by regression method; using the capacitance measurement circuit based on charge amplification principle of unknown capacitance measurement.
The results show that the single chip microcomputer is used perfectly, and the dielectric constant of the capacitor is measured by measuring the unknown capacitance of the unknown liquid after adding the unknown liquid. The design of the dangerous liquid detector has been realized in SCM 51..
