摘 要
随着社会的稳定与发展,长排型警示灯以其具有的高效、坚固耐用等特点,成为警用装备的发展趋势。然而在现有的长排型警示灯中,多采用基于开关变压器的驱动电路来驱动左右3路频闪灯,且电路板间连线复杂、输入电压范围窄,导致产生体积大、工作模式单一、电磁干扰强、不便于切换等现象。因此,本设计基于这些问题对长排型警示灯进行了高稳定性的研究设计。
本论文设计的驱动10个频闪灯的长排型警示灯,采用左右各驱动5路频闪灯的方式来增加工作模式,设计工作在10~30V宽电压范围工作的反激式升压变换器,设计基于UC3843的驱动电路,采用脉冲吸收部分公用的工作频率为100kHz的并联型快速升压电路,使整体设计具有闪烁方式多样、工作范围宽、电路简单、体积小型化等特点。通过使用主控制板和辅助控制板各控制5路的设计方式,极大地减少电路间的连线、提高电路的抗干扰能力。这种驱动多路频闪灯的长排型警示灯在工作中更加高效、稳定,能够广泛应用于车载装备。

Abstract
With the stability and development of the society, the warning ligntbar with efficient, durability and other characteristics, has become the develop trend of police equipment. However, the existing warning lightbars's driving circuit based on the switch of the transformer to drive only 3 flash lamps, complicated connection between the circuit board and narrow input voltage range. All the problems result the warning lightbar has single working mode, large volume, strong electromagnetic, not easy to switch phenomenon and others. Therefore, this paper based on the problems has the research and high stability design. In this paper, the design of vehicle-based warning lightbar with driving 10 flash lamps, left and right bars by driving 5 flash lamps to increase the working mode of warning lightbar. And by designing a voltage flyback boost converter work in 10~30V wide range to increase the use range of warning lightbar. In the drive circuit based on UC3843,the pulse absorbed part of the common operating frequency is 100kHz fast parallel booster circuit. So, the overall design has transformed the way diverse, wide operating range, the circuit is simple , small size and other characteristics. By using the main control panel of the control and auxiliary control panel 5-way design approach, greatly reducing the connection between the circuit and improve the circuit's noise immunity. The vehicle-based warning lightbar with driving multi-channel flash lamps with simple circuit, high efficiency, power consumption, etc, improve the reliability of the circuit.
