信号发生器在动态测试领域有重要的作用。各种波形曲线均可以用三角函数方程式来表示。能够产生多种波形,如三角波、锯齿波、矩形波(含方波)、正弦波的电路被称为函数信号发生器。函数信号发生器在电路实验和设备检测中具有十分广泛的用途。函数信号发生器是是由基础的非正弦信号发生电路和正弦波形发生电路组合而成。本设计应用晶体管、运放IC等通用器件制作了简单易行的一套信号发生器电路,可以正确输出三角波、方波和正弦波等波形。设计中在原有方波,三角波和正弦波的电路基础上增加一级放大器,以实现输出电压的可调和,输出阻抗为50Ω。试验结果显示,通过调试可以正确显示所需要的波形,并利用仿真软件Maltose画出电路图,做出PCB布线图。结果显示,它们的功能较少,精度不高,频率上限只有300kHz,无法产生更高频率的信号,调节方式也不够灵活,频率和占空比不能独立调节,二者又互相影响。
最后简单介绍了以ICMAX038集成芯片为核心采用MCU微处理器控制程控继电器和数字电位器设计的多功能信号发生器。该发生器能够输出方波、正弦波和三角波并能实现频段选择和频段内频率微调,同时还可以作为频率计测频率。函数信号的产生由MAX038和外围电路完成,能产生1Hz-20MHz的波形。波形选择由单片机完成,输出或输入频率经74HC390分频后,由单片机完成自动频率检测显示。该信号发生器克服了上述信号发生器的不足。
