我国财政性教育支出存在的问题与对策(论文9000字)
内容提要
本研究是围绕近十年2009—2018年的我国财政性教育支出进行的，通过在数据库中检索相关数据，对我国财政性教育支出的现状进行整理与分析，分别从财政教育支出的规模与结构来进行。
笔者运用了文献法和比较分析法这两种研究方法来进行研究，研究结果表明，我国的财政性教育支出问题上，存在以下问题：（一）我国财政性教育支出体制不完善；（二）我国财政性教育支出结构不平衡；（三）我国财政性教育支出总量不足；（四）我国城乡地区财政性教育支出不均；（五）我国财政性教育支出使用效率低下，并在此基础上提出可行性建议，具有理论意义与实践意义。

Abstract
This study focuses on the fiscal education expenditure in China from 2009 to 2018 in the past decade. By retrieving relevant data in the database, the current situation of fiscal education expenditure in China is sorted out and analyzed, respectively from the scale and structure of fiscal education expenditure.
The author uses the methods of literature and comparative analysis to study. The results show that there are the following problems in the expenditure of financial education in China: (1) the expenditure system of financial education in China is not perfect; (2) the expenditure structure of financial education in China is unbalanced; (3) the total expenditure of financial education in China is insufficient; (4) urban and rural areas in China The regional financial education expenditure is uneven; (5) the use efficiency of financial education expenditure in China is low, and on this basis, some feasible suggestions are put forward, which has theoretical and practical significance.
