随着计算机的发展，网络越来越深入到我们的日常生活中，成为我们工作，学习，娱乐中不可缺少的一部分。其中网上图库系统作为人们寻找和应用各种图片的媒介给我们带来了极大的方便。由于多媒体数据库的大量使用，使得基于内容的图像检索成为一个活跃的研究领域。随着多媒体技术的迅速发展，人们可以获得的各种形式的信息数量也在迅速增长中。如今虽然在高速宽带计算机网络上已能共享传播图像数据，但这也使得信息交换中的可视数据量急剧增加，同时给研究者们提出了有效检索图像的难题。随着大规模图像集的出现，能否自动而快速地从中找到需要的图像，日益成为人们关注的焦点。

Whether can find the image needing automatic but speedy out of , become the focal point that people shows solicitude for gradually with appearing that the large-scale image gathers.
The problem analyses in depth specifically for MeiYa picture website function has been in progress and a simple graphic gallery net having designed and using ASP technological development on analytical basis stands.
