基于Web的信息管理系统是利用业已成熟的Internet技术，以TCP/IP协议为基础,构成基于Web的Browser + Webserver + DBserver结构的分布式应用系统。在这种新的Web应用中，其数据较传统的信息管理方式有了巨大的变化，如何提高这种信息管理系统中的数据访问效率及事务处理能力是当前人们所关注的热点。
在Internet飞速发展的今天，基于Web的信息系统通进Internet对外展示部门信息，为员工和面向的群体提供方便快捷的信息信息管理与各式各样的信息交流，已成为政府、企事业单位信息化建设中的重要组成部分，从而倍受人们的重视。

Information Manage dynamics state network which base on Web , with the aid of Internet and TCP/IP protocol, constructs a "Browser + Webserver + Dbserver" mode distributed system based on Web. In this new Web application, there is a great change on database access compared with the traditional method. Nowadays, in the areas of computer application, the focus of discussion is how to improve database access capacity and efficiency of website based on browser/server mode.
Based on the analysis to the needs of customers, this writing presents the system design and the process of realization of this project, focusing on the key part of this system, such as, the foundation of the database, the establishment of the subject, the exploring of the pages to the foreground ASP and the exploring to the management system of the background. In addition, it introduces the integration technologies of web and database systematically: ADO and ASP, especially ASP which is a new technology on web development, and points out that, at present, ASP is the most efficient method for the realization of website. The thesis sets forth a new method to the update of website content: by constructing the website background management system, the partial website content is update on time. As a result, this method realizes the intelligent management of the website eases the work intensity of website master, achieves the objective of improving efficiency of website management. At the end, the paper points out that the system should be made further improvements. With the development of database and Website, there is a trend to real time update of website content and management based on database.
Nowadays, as the fast development of the Internet, it is publicized that the corporation business dynamics state network can supply convenient information service and all kinds of operation communication for the employee of company and customers through it. Furthermore, it has been the important part of informatization establishment to the government and the companies, thus, more and more people become paying attention to it.
