In this paper, the traditional method of financial management shortcomings and inconvenience, Design a computer-based network for the proposed enterprise financial management systems thinking. Papers on the financial management system in the network environment management mechanisms, composition, Related technology can be applied to conduct in-depth research and analysis. Then it describes the overall design and detailed design of the system respectively. Based on these work, the author implement the system using B/S architecture, ASP, database and other related techniques.

The system is based on B/S architecture, the goal of which is to improve the management efficiency of financial affairs and heighten the level of resource sharing. The user only need prepare a browser to enter into the system, without any special client-end programs. The developing environment is independent from implementation environment, which could bring expendability, security and re-usability to the system. Any change of database structure will not affect the client too, which can make the maintenance easier.
