This paper studies the traditional systems approachfreshmen report of the deficiencies and inconvenience to them. of the University of computer-based design of a new network system to report back the idea, papers on the network environment the new report system management mechanism, composition, related techniques can be applied to in-depth research and analysis, detailed outline of the system design and detailed design, and the Application Server, ASP, database related technologies to complete the system functions. This is a system based on B / S structure of the new reporting system, is to increase the freshmen to report the efficiency of the system. Freshmen report for System Management include user management, student information management. Student Information Management is mainly for students to add information, deletion and modification. User management is the main user privileges restricted.
